Rules
General:
- Our lobby is a great place to chill and to spar with each other to become better players. Come in with a friendly mind set and enjoy yourself!
- Be generally kind to one another. Treat others how you'd like to be treated. Don't be an ass-hat!
- Any form of discrimination or, including but not limited to sexual, racial, orientation, religious (no we are not Christian exclusive), or lifestyle will not be tolerated. THE N-WORD (the variation with the "r" in it) IS A 0-TOLERANCE WORD AND WILL BUY YOU A ONE-WAY TICKET OUT OF THE LEAGUE. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION.
- Spamming is not accepted.
- Mutes will be handed out and they will be handed out with a vengeance. We love you and there is nothing you can do about it!
Information for Biblia Members:
- You all are very polite people and we choose our members out of the finest, but you must understand that we are an immaculate league that has been running for a long time. Any abhorrent behavior will not be tolerated and will get you kicked/banned from the league.
- Please be respectful to our challengers and other members.
- We understand you all have lives to get to, but please be on at least an hour a day. ALL INACTIVITY CASES WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. ACTIVITY WILL ONLY NOT BE JUDGED BY YOUR PRESENCE, BUT ALSO YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE MEMBERS AND SUCH.
- All challenges by any challengers MUST be accepted, the same rules apply if a Gym TRNR wants to take a Gym Leaders spot or if a Gym Leader wants to take an Elite 4's spot. If you can't battle them at the moment, you must give a good reason, but otherwise all challenges must be accepted. Rules apply to Gym Leaders, Elite 4s, and Champions.

- WE STRICTLY DISALLOW MULTILEAGUING, IF WE CATCH YOU DOING SO. YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT FROM THE LEAGUE
Challengers:
- Before the challenge you must inform a Core Elite Four or Champion of the team you will be using to obtain your 8 Badges. For the Gym Challenge, you must stick with the same team throughout.
- The default format for Gym Challenges is Pokebank OU (Beta).
- The Biblia League has 2 sets of Gym Leaders. A challenger must obtain 8 Gym Badges from ANY of the Gym Leaders fron the faction you are challenging before going to the Elite 4 and Champion of the faction.
-Save all your replays and send them to a Champion or Elite Four of the faction for verification. Send them all at once for more convenience.
- Once you are ready for the Elite 4, you may edit your team once before you begin. Be sure to PM a Core Elite 4 or Champion of the changes.
Handling Loses:
- If you happen to lose to a Gym Leader, you are not able to challenge the same Gym Leader again for another 24 hours. You may, however, challenge a different Gym Leader you have not defeated so you may move on with your challenge. **CONTINUE ON WITH YOUR FIGHTING SPIRIT!**
- If you lose to any Elite 4 member, you must notify a Core Elite 4 or Champion immediately so they may log it. You must then restart the Elite 4 portion with 0 Elite 4s defeated after 24 hours have passed.
- If you lose to a Champion, all you must do is wait 24 hours (our magic number) and challenge him/her again.
Promotional Battles:
Becoming a Trainer:
-The first small step to becoming a member of Biblia is gaining "TRNR" status. Any Gym Leader can recruit a trainer if he deems them a skilled enough player. We recomend that the Trainer and Leader be different types (e.g an aspiring Trainer who wishes to become either a Water or Grass leader should be mentored by the Dark leader) as to avoid any conflict of interest or rivalries.
From Gym Trainer to Gym Leader:
- Gym Trainers have to be tested with two of their weaknesses by a Champion or Elite Four in order to challenge Gym Leaders for their spots. For example; a Trainer wishing to become the Dragon leader will have to play an Ice and Steel team; knocking out a combined 10/12 of the opposing Pokemon in the two battles or SEVERELY impressing ONE OR BOTH testers. After passing both tests, the player may then challenge the Gym Leader for their spot. If the Trainer wins 2/3 games VS the current Leader, they will replace them. If the Trainer fails to win, they will have to wait 24 hours before challenging a Leader for their spot. **NOTE: YOU ARE ABLE TO GO STRAIGHT TO GYM LEADER IF YOU ARE DEEMED POWERFUL ENOUGH AND THE SPOT IS OPEN**
From Gym Leader to Elite Four:
- First the Gym Leader will be asked a series of questions so we can get a taste of their ledership abilities and styles. Then, the Leader has to be tested with 2 of their weaknesses in order to challenge any Elite 4 for their spot. The process to become a member of the Elite Four involves playing two current Elite 4 members in a best of three match. All players using their respective league types while the Leader abides by the Elite 4's rules of battle during these games. Once a Leader has beaten two Elite 4, members they can decide which member to replace. The E4 which is removed will become the Leader of the now vacant Gym. Also note that from each faction there is one "Core" Elite Four member who cannot lose their spot to challengers and can only be removed by the Champions. Also, Champions are as well unchangeable for their spots. Both Core Elite 4s and Champion spots are inherited positions. **2 NOTES: 1. IF YOU ARE A FAIRLY NEW GYM LEADER, DO NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED TO ELITE 4 IMMEDIATELY. WAIT A WEEK OR TWO AS LEADER. 2. IF HE/SHE DECIDES SO, A CHAMPION HAS THE CHOICE OF STEPPING IN AS A TEMPORARY ELITE 4 IF THE CHALLENGER HAS BEEN WAITING DAYS FOR TWO ELITE 4s OF THE SAME FACTION TO BE PRESENT. THE CHAMPION STILL CAN NOT BE REPLACED.
